At MidWest Ladder Assist we are here to support your field inspection needs with experienced boots on the ground to perform detailed storm damage inspections and roof tarp application.
Certified in rope & harness use, equipped with roof safety equipment, and with ladders up to 32 ft. in height; we possess the tools needed to perform a thorough scope of the insured's property.

We offer services that involve direct inspecting the property's interior and exterior to quantify storm damage, mitigation of roof damage, providing of a ladder assistance, and Xactimate estimating.

OUR GOAL
At MidWest Ladder Assist, we are a team of licensed and experienced insurance adjusters with a knack for climbing and inspecting roof systems to assist in confirming cause of loss and quantifying the extent of storm caused damage to a roof system.

Each inspector on our team holds a background in the areas of insurance adjusting, ladder assisting, and roofing (contracting). We are experts at safely analyzing complex roof systems and identifying storm related damage.

Our goal at MidWest Ladder Assist is to provide high quality field support services to streamline the claim handling process for our clients by being your go-to choice for your roofing, exterior, and interior inspections.
Inspection technician & MLA founder Scott Grishaber (HCI #992202070) is actively certified as a HAAG Certified Inspector-Residential Roofs and Level 2 (Proficient) certified in the Xactimate Estimating platform.
